Digital Products(**)
jMathFx.com honors refund request for non-tangible (digital) products under the following exceptional circumstances:
- "Non-delivery of the electronic product". Video streaming issues (Interrupting video) due to jMathFx Academy server problems. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the purchase. A digital product is considered received and watched if no claim was submitted. For such requests, jMathFx.com issues refunds within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Once a refund is issued, you’ll no longer have access to the video content or apps.
- Digital Product "not as described". Such issues have to be reported within 7 days from the date of the purchase. A detailed, clear evidence must be provided with proof that the purchased and delivered digital product is "not as it is described" on jMathFx.com’s website. All objections based purely on the customers’ false anticipations or desires do not meet the requirements for refunds.
- Educational content What you are purchasing is neither a video/audio file nor a physical product. You are solely purchasing information transmitted through a digital application with immediate access. Therefore, such information, being a digital product, cannot be refunded. Access to the audio/video contents on the e-learning platform (jMathFx Academy) will be granted for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, the educational program may be subject to changes, modifications, replacements, or cancellations at the discretion of the company based on feedback received from students. Additionally, other audiovisual contents may or may not be added, whether they are paid or free. The information provided is not covered by any satisfaction or refund guarantee. The user is responsible for understanding and correctly using the information provided, without any promise or guarantee of financial improvement under the conditions in which the purchase is made. It is recommended that each strategy or information provided within an educational program in jMathFx Academy be tested within the jMathFx context to avoid financial losses.
- "Critical Defects". jMathFx.com tests every single digital product before release. jMathFx.com also offers a trial period (7 business days) for the customer to test its products (free content/trial app) before purchasing. The customer has the obligation to report such problems before making any purchase, otherwise it will be understood that at the time of purchase the products were working. However, unforeseen defects can surface from time to time. Claims for such errors must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the purchase. jMathFx.com reserves the right to correct such errors within 15 business days. If no remedy is supplied then the customer is entitled to receive a full refund on the purchase the following day (the 16th day).
- *Use of the jMathFx Platform (Digital Product). Your account will be activated immediately. Your trial period will last for seven business days. The user must make sure that the software works correctly on his computer before purchasing a subscription. The software is tested on several computers before each release in order to ensure its stability. Additionally, the user declares that he uses an original operating system and does not use pirated copies that cause malfunctions. No refunds will be given if this information is omitted. There is no technical support offered, and jMathFx staff is not obligated to offer any technical assistance. However, in exceptional cases it is possible that one of our staff may offer this type of service in order to improve the product and investigate any problems that have caused a malfunction.
